I’m primarily a rock and metal fan, but Dua Lipa has an authenticity that’s very rare in pop music, and I absolutely love it. Her music is just that good.

I don't think so it's for Dua Lipa as an artist and for her career with which I wholeheartedly agree . She is absolutely talented , hard working and stunning . She delivers with her works . And the main thing us she comes out as such graceful artist with a class. I would not bother to explain more on this it's just something you can take away just from there eyes , mannerisms and the way they talk . It’s probably not going to be a hit. On the top 40s chart of America it’s at 6. But on other charts, yes. This song is a magical hit but should be considered to become dissapeard from by responsible. Fun fact: when I first heard her voice 3 years ago, her voice was to accented thick, my ears got colonized.

Can't any new singers touch this girl. She's got attitude, class, style, can dance, & can actually sing. Seriously it's like every dua song is a hit. Her music has urgency! Idk what everyone else has been doing but she knocks it out of the park everytime. Just great music with intelligent lyrics & creative videos

And that synth. That's what grabbed me, as someone not normally into 'this kind of music.' Pretty impressed with myself, speaking of. I was trying to explain what struck me about this song -- the keyboard, in particular -- to my wife, after hearing it for the first time. At least to me, that main synth just seemed glaring. I noticed it immediately. Is that Deadmau5 on the keys? There's nothing wrong with it. In fact, I love it. It's easily my favorite part! But (again, at least to me) it seems weirdly out of place. It stuck out. Anyway, ultimately, I thought it sounded a lot like a Gwen Stefani song on the radio 20+ years ago. And I was right! This is in a different (darker) key. I think that's what threw me off the scent I'd perceived right away. TLDR for any future obsessive or curious humans, the keyboard was actually sampled from the track "It's My Life," by Talk Talk, in 1984. Being the year I was born, as you can probably imagine, I was a little preoccupied. Oh, and the cover I was referring to was No Doubt's, not her solo work. I can't believe you didn't know that.

The “criticism” was just bullying from jealous Americans. Dua has always been a great dancer with incredible presence, they attacked her with one step that was a bad choreographer’s fault. She has more talent than Beyonce but they won’t admit that. Dua is a true composer who writes her music. I saw her performance in India, she’s a true performer and doesn’t just stand and do hair flips.

I'm not in awe but I'm SO stinking proud of her for that effort! I LOVE people who at least Try! And if this is only the beginning, I foresee much more growth from her. But even if not, I'm just glad to see someone CARE enough to try to get better. Rather than say what most Gen Z-ers say: "No! I'm good _enough._ Validate Me!" She's an incredible artist & I can see her having fun with her moving evolution, and *_that_* is awesome! She deserves every good thing that's coming to her.

I love the way she's featuring her improved dance skills. Every piece of this video has been done before: the dance studio setting (hung up, dancing on my own), writhing on a pile of dancers (all the lovers) , the long takes on solo performance, the minimalism (single ladies), but it doesn't feel like a boring re-tread - it feels like Dua having a pop girlie rite of passage. The camerawork is also fluid and fierce.

I love this song! I feel it's a great start to her third album. I love the 80's synths. I love the club after-hours vibe it gives and the psychedelic rhythm. So unique, fresh, and modern. The choreography coordinates really well with the music. I can't wait for this new era of hers!

First time I ever heard of Dua Lipa was when she performed at Governors Ball 2017 it was like 1:00 pm and most people in the crowd didn’t know her well yet but she really impressed me. Her live vocals were fantastic, music was poppy but mainly groovy which I LOVE, even to this day she keeps that disco groove going and I 100% admire her for that. Her talent has grown so much since then. You go girl 🔥

Tame Impala and Dua are two of my favorite artists ever. It seemed so unlikely that they’d ever collab on a project, yet here we are and it’s EVERYTHING!!! Hearing Kevin’s signature psychedelic sound under Duas impeccable vocals and melodies is just 😙….Dreamy! What a time to be alive. You two are freaking awesome together!

I’m almost 60 years old and haven’t had a favorite singer since Kelly Clarkson but Dua Lipa just does it for me! Pretty much anything she does, I appreciate! Music really is weak these days but Dua Lipa is such a refreshing change from so much crap! Thank God!
